Wild Ophelia is a uniquely American brand featuring all-natural and often organic ingredients sourced from small farms and food artisans. These chocolate bars tell an American story, and bridge the divide between the local American farmer's movement and chocolate. Flavor combinations, such as BBQ Potato Chips, Beef Jerky, and Peanut Butter Banana are unexpected, yet approachable. 

Created by Katrina Markoff, founder of Vosges Haut-Chocolat and recognized "chocolate revolutionary" who studied and apprenticed under culinary masters in Paris, Spain, Southeast Asia, and Australia.  Markoff is widely credited with igniting the chocolate industry with innovation by fusing high-quality chocolate and exotic ingredients in avant-garde ways.  She launched Wild Ophelia to bring unconventional chocolate creations mainstream and Americanize the local chocolate aisle. 

 Through food traceability storytelling, Wild Ophelia is on a mission to bring about awareness of how your food is grown and continue the conversation by encourage all to consistently ask “how is my food grown?”
